Mar Menor Lets was etablished more than 10 years ago and has been dealing with Property Management since then, renting properties in the Los Alcázares, Roda, Los Narejos, Los Urrutias, San Javier and other surrounding areas. We speak English, Spanish and Hungarian so we can easily cover the market of different nationalities.

Covering the Los Alcázares Mar Menor area and some Golf resort inland. Properties we have been dealing with Long Term, Holiday and Winter rentals for more than 10 years, as well as Property Sales.
All our Holiday rentals are registered and approved by the Tourism Board of Murcia
Property Sales
Our goal is to list Properties exclusively that also means we know them well and have a good relationship with the property owners. We can give you exact income figures in case you buy a property that we manage and which was a vacational or long term rental previously .
We are registered agents / Oficially Licenced Real Estate Agents. We do property conveyance.
Property Management

All our properties are close to Murcia, International Airport (Corvera) which has flights to most destinations in the UK and other parts of Europe.
The following holiday destinations can be reached within 25 minutes from the airport: Los Alcazares, San Cayetano, Los Narejos, El Carmoli, Roda, Dolores.
The following destinations are approximately 20 minutes from the airport: La Torre, Mar Menor Golf, Sucina, Riquelme, La Tercia , El Valle.
Alternatively you could fly into Alicante and add about 40 minutes drive time to your destination.
